Samsung’s latest mobile phone, the I9000 Galaxy S is a high end Android 2.1 Smartphone which boasts a plethora of features including a 4 inch AMOLED touchscreen, 3.5G and Wi-Fi connectivity and a 5 megapixel camera.

This quad-band device has a decent multimedia player and can record High Definition video at 720p and also features built-in GPS and digital compass for navigation making it perfect for using as a car sat nav. The Google Android interface has been skinned to give it a unique look and a range of social networking and information management tools are also onboard to keep you in control.

Samsung say that the I9000 Galaxy S will be available with up to 16GB of internal memory as well as a microSD card slot to expand it by another 32GB, which is enough to fit most of your music and video files.

Price and availability hasn’t been released yet, but don’t expect this feature full handset to be cheap when it hits the shelves.
