Im a qualified electrical engineer and repair these units for a living. The most common faults are... surprise surprise, loading problems and discs not reading. Also booting up problems and centre not communicating with station. Won't eject and system says no disc when I know there is a disc in there. This is the second WACS700 I've had, had to return first one with same problem and had already downloaded 1800 tracks. I'm determined not to return this but to get it fixed as I've loaded another 2000 tracks. If Philips aren't helpful and I know my retailer won't arrange for repairs then I need to find a suitable engineer in the North West - any ideas anyone??????
