I bought this MP3 player early this year (2006) as I wanted a player which ran on batteries (for running/long-coach journies/holidays, etc.). Think it’s a great player - good sound (although I replaced the headphones), and fits 16-17 high-quality albums on - enough for a week away! Sometimes I wish I could my entire collection on, but I’d get a different player for a different purpose then - and keep this for the gym, holidays, etc.!

Hi,
I’d rather be able to pop in a spare (rechargeable) battery than have to find a recharge point.

this mp3 player is really good one, very practical and right-size being 1GB. high quality of sound from both FM and music files.
high quality of recording ( without buzzing even from long distance)
I recommend this mp3 player.

I just purchased this mp3 player a couple of days ago and I am really pleased so far. It’s lightweight but really does feel sturdy. It’s about the size of two matchbooks. Overall, a really good product.

There is a new Sony Walkman Mp3 player out. It’s the Sony NWA-3000. First impressions are good, a possible rival to the Ipod Nano.
