Those of you old enough to have enjoyed taking pictures with a Polaroid camera can rejoice today, as the film which was discontinued many years ago, will soon be back on sale. The Impossible Project, who are a collection of Polaroid enthusiasts and private investors have created the new film, which is compatible with many models of Polaroid cameras.
This new film is available now for Polaroid SX-70 and 600 owners, but only in black and white with a colour film available during the summer. A pack of 8 pictures will cost you $18 (around £12) which isn’t cheap, but any Polaroid lovers will surely stump up the cash to click and shake once more.
The black and white Polaroid film is available directly from the Impossible Project’s website, with another six types of instant film being rolled out this summer via various high-street shops.
So why not dust off your old Polaroid camera and enjoy a click and shake summer!
