You have fully qualified my thoughs on you based upon your knowledge and your ability to name call and use a lot of useless numbers (50/50 10/10).

I will say no more.

I never called you a name and I doubt I will ever need your help.

A cretin would never have though about even trying to do it, search the internet and find some one else who has done it.

Well done for booting 100 + computers from USB drives give yourself 10/10 for being so great at this.
You clearly have far too much time on your hands if you want to boot a computer from your phone and you clearly don't get out too often.

Your original question was so basic; a Cretin could have tried it, without having to post it up on such a helpful website.
So I feel that my answer I gave you met your basic needs

I have been booting many computers (100+) with usb memory sticks and USB HDDs, you just need to know how to format them and copy the relevant files to allow you to do it.

What do you mean change your BIOS (in big letters), do you really think that I am that stupid?

Most modern computers post (intel 810e, Via 266, Nvidia nforce2 chipsets) allow you to boot off of USB memory sticks with a little change in the bios settings. I have been doing it for years to allow data recover and system restores.

I just thought it would be fun to use a device that was not designed to do something to do something new no one else has tried By the way I did get it working, and was able to restore it back again to normal working order If I failed it would ment the loss of my phone.

You could / should have qualified your statement of fact as it is very ambiguaous and shows a lack of knowledge.

Has anyone tried to use the phone as a usb pendrive device and booting a computer off of it?

I know that this sounds wrong but my Razr V3i is working a a usb HDD using the trans flash memory, it is one of the settings that the phone allows.

I think booting a computer using my mobile phone would be wicked !!!!

but I dont think any one has tried this yet though.

I love the RAZR phones and this one is just going the extra step with the iTunes set up on it. Going to look into the transflash memory... looks interesting
