4 GB storage on your PSP for around £150
With your PSP, you have a 1GB memory stick, but is that really enough given the vast capabilities of the PSP. A movie at descent quality resolution will easily fill 500MB on your Memory stick. We love this extra storage solution. The only thing that could be susceptible to getting damaged is the flexi cable that connects the HDD to the PSP. Playing your PSP with the HDD attached for a long period of time can be slightly uncomfortable on the hands, but we suppose you have to compromise one of the two.
Ok so you’re thinking that the HDD would look bulky on its own. Solution, buy the battery. Why buy the extra battery? Because it lasts twice as long as the normal PSP battery, which is great. So if you have both fully charged, that’s 10hrs on the X2 battery and 6 hours on your normal battery. That’s 16 hours in total which to be honest isn’t that bad, unless you are never going to put the PSP down. Overall this package is great if you’re going on holiday with long flights, or unable to charge up your PSP easily for a few days, then it’s feasible. For general day to day use of your PSP we would guess that a 1GB memory stick would be fine unless you want to store multiple movies, but once you’ve had another 4GB you won’t go back.

A HDD surely this wouldn’t be as reliable as flash memory.

Maybe not as reliable as flash memory but it has the storage capacity and certainly makes your PSP look meaty!

Sorry i should of phrased it better, flash memory like the type used in the Nano sure then it wouldn’t need to look bulky
