HTC Touch Diamond set to rival the iPhone
With its rich and colorful 2.8” screen we welcome the HTC Diamond after much anticipation.
The elegant body has clearly not been rushed in the design process, and is as nice to touch as it is easy to use. The body has faceted edges which really add to the phones stunning looks.
Ok it’s going to pick scratches up as soon as it leaves the box and you will spend the first few days having to wipe finger prints off, when impressing you’re friends who own iPhones.
What Orange calls Touchflo 3D is pretty much a slightly hacked version of the Apple cover flow. The main difference being that the album covers moves more or less from behind each other as opposed to side to side.
Orange is claiming a wonderful online experience with the HTC Diamond through full interaction with Youtube, Google and Wikipedia and its ultra-fast internet connectivity is set to almost rival a Home PC broadband connection.
The 3.2 Mega pixel camera has an auto focus and the Touch Diamond has a healthy amount of storage, 4GB of internal storage to be exact.
If you have ever left your sat nav at home don’t worry, the HTC Diamond has GPS so can easily guide you to your destination as efficiently as a dedicated sat nav system. Could this be the phone that shows up the iPhone?
