I have now been waiting 5 weeks for a halo 3 replacement disc. Xbox support line keeps promising it will arrive with the line "wait another 10 working days". Every time it has failed to turn up. I have now phoned 4 times and I am amazed at just how poor the customer service has been. If I knew it was going to be this bad I would have returned the faulty product to the retailer for a replacement. However, I expected that Microsoft could have organised a replacement by now. So now I am left with no option but to wait until Microsoft can be bothered to fix a problem they created by packaging a game in a cheaply produced metal tim that cracks the disc due to the spindle being to large for the hole in the DVD. How long does it take to stick a DVD in a bag and post it to someone? My advice is to try to return the disc to the retailer first before you use the replacement service.

Ive just got a limited edition of Halo 3 and its scratched, why do i have to wait for 2 weeks? Microsoft can do better, the price is high enough anyway.
Anyone else having to wait so long?
