The up and coming new release mobile phone from Sony Ericsson is the K618. This slim and stylish phone which will be available in either Bright White, as shown, or Vibrant Black, and will appeal to the multimedia user and well as business types.
The Sony Ericsson K618 is no where near as business savvy as the Orange SPV M3100, but does have useful features that will appeal to business people. The K618 supports push email which allows you to send messages onto your mobile, and it also has good Bluetooth and 3G connection allowing for fast internet browsing.
The main market that we see for the K618 is the multimedia junkies who will love the speedy streaming and downloading time for their music and videos. The Bluetooth option allows you to listen to your music wirelessly which is great if you are on the move. The K618 has a 256mb memory stick micro (M2), but you can expand the phones external memory to 1gb. The K618 has a 2 mega pixel camera and you will be able to store around 700 photos in the memory.
In terms of size, the K618 is slim. The dimensions are 102mm x 45.2mm x 16.9mm and with a 1.9″ screen you will be in full control of all of the features. Look out for this new Sony Ericsson K618 next month.
