My daughter has just got a plan with “Three" for 18 months half price at £22.50 pm, first 6 months gets 1200 minutes and 800 text after that 600 minutes and 400 text. And they throw in £5 free downloads, free MSN etc etc. For a student it does not make sense to go to Orange, only way is to speak to customer services if you can get hold of them and convince them to better the offers…. They have ones with loads of texts and minimal minutes and vice versa, but none with a medium amount of each. The image of the directors or product managers at Orange opening up the staff suggestion box and picking this as the best one is a joke. Their marketing department must spend a fortune though on these sorts of promotions... just goes to show how muvh money the phone companies actually make out of us all.
