Nintendo Wii Faked at E3
Rumour has it from a thread posted in the Nintendo insider forums, that at E3 gamers were not actually playing on the Nintendo Wii. Pictures which have surfaced seem to show leads from a Wii leading into a Gamecube. Which may suggest that the Wii was only an outer casing and was only for show at E3 whilst gamers were playing a bumped up Gamecube.
People have also specualated that the graphics card is still in development with ATI which will mean better graphics than demonstrated at E3. This appears to have pleased Nintendo fans who now believe that the Wii’s graphics will be better than they previously thought. Make up your own mind and take a look at the pictures .

I heard that the cases were GameCube ones but the Wii hardware was inside. This is because they haven’t got any final Wii cases yet.
