Sony MZ RH1 Mini Disc Walkman
Since you all seem to love the Sony Walkman range here is the new MZ-RH1 which will be joining Hi-MD.
Just when we thought Mini Discs where dead and buried there’s now the 1GB Mini Disc which can hold up to 45 hours worth of music.
On the top of the player there is a backlit display which includes a spectrum analyser, as the MZ-RH1 is targeted for those musicians that want to record a live gig. What makes a change is this player come with some high power headphones and a remote which is normally around £30-40 extra on its own.
Looking at 19 hours worth of playback is nothing to shout home about, but then if you’re recording you should have no problems.
The MZ-RH1 should be available from May, there’s no word on pricing yet
